a. Digital Software Products

• All sales are final since we sell one-time use digital license keys.
• If you receive a defective or non-functional license key, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Defective License Key: If your key fails to activate, it qualifies for a return.
• Return Window: You must request a return within 7 days of purchase.
• Required Proof: Provide screenshots or documentation of the activation error.

Return Process:

1. Troubleshooting: We will attempt to resolve the issue by reissuing a new key.
2. Refund Approval: If unresolved, a refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.

b. Gift Cards

• All gift card sales are final. However, if a card is undelivered or defective, we offer a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Non-Delivery: If your gift card was not delivered to the intended recipient.
• Technical Issues: If the gift card code is not functioning.

c. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges only for defective digital products.
